A good website, easy to navigate, even for someone who is partially sighted (you would be surprised at how many websites can’t cope with browser zoom). The PC is great, it arrived well within the time set for the build and delivery and was well-packaged. It worked as soon as it was plugged in.

Found what I was looking for very easily on the VJM website, but had a couple of technical questions about the product (a NUC style PC) which I emailed across. VJM’s Tech Support responded to my email very quickly and put my mind at ease. As I was ordering the product my expectations were met in terms of build and delivery times – I could have had it quicker for a small fee but I was happy with the 4-day build time. Now I have it, the product is excellent and I’m really happy with it.

Found the small computer I wanted at a lower price on this website. The description was very clear. Queries were answered very quickly, even at a time I didn’t think I would get a reply. VJM also had different payment options which were very useful for me. The computer was delivered as expected and I had plenty of communication before dispatch of when I would expect it, when it left and when it would be delivered. Excellent!

I purchased a mini PC with a customised order, to add extra RAM and an additional SSD drive. Very impressed with the service and the PC that I am now using. From placing the order, to receiving it through the post, the experience was seamless and very quick, considering it’s built to order.

Build quality is superb and the 3-year warranty adds peace of mind, the biggest plus for me is the inclusion of a USB ‘C’ port on the front panel, it makes it so much easier to connect my iPad to the PC direct without having to add a converter to connect the cable.

I am still impressed that so many computers can be fitted into such a small box, always had towers PC’s before, but now a convert to the tiny PC revolution!

Highly recommended, will certainly look to purchase again should the need arise. Five Stars awarded, if only it could have been six!

MSI CUBI 5 – Great service from VJM with very speedy delivery.

Ok, I’m only a hobby PC user now I’m retired but I am amazed at the performance of this tiny unit. It fits neatly on the back of my monitor so shelf space is nicely reduced in a spare bedroom.

I would highly recommend both VJM and the CUBI.

I opted for a compact desktop to save on living room space. I found VJM Computers through Google and found the prices very well matched with others, and the desktops to be smaller. So far it’s been excellent for streaming.

It wasn’t bought for games but has been great with the games played on it so far.

Delivery was faster than expected. I ordered 4 days before Christmas weekend, added the quick build, and fully set up. I expected it to arrive after the bank holiday weekend but it came before which was excellent.

I wish I had done this before, I had decided to upgrade from an old laptop to an ASUS mini PC. I found VJM computers online and they had exactly what I was looking for. The online process to upgrade the basic PC to the specification I wanted was very easy to do, I then placed my order. My PC arrived within the next few days and was literally just plug-and-play into my existing monitor. The ASUS mini PC works perfectly and hardly takes any space on my desk. As I said above, ” I wish I had done this before”.
